3-Day Consultative Forum For The Curriculum Development of CON ACADI Prevent GBV Project
A 3-Day forum was held with representatives from the different arms of leadership within the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) and the consultants engaged to develop the curriculum, where we consolidated the comprehensive document that was developed by the consultants. The curriculum was thoroughly scanned through page by page by these representatives, and inputs and editions were made, so we could have a highly refined curriculum that can impact a transformational response within the Church of Nigeria. In this 3-Day Consultative forum, we were blessed to have the presence of The Primate, Church of Nigeria, His Grace, the Most Revd. Henry Ndukuba and his amiable wife Mama Angela Ndukuba assure us of their full support in championing the prevention of Gender-based violence (GBV). We were also elated to have the presence of Mrs. Olufunke Baruwa, the Ford Foundation’s West Africa Program Officer for Gender, Racial, and Ethnic justice, she gave us kind remarks about a job well done on the Curriculum that had been developed and championing us to keep up the good work in making sure the occurrence of GBV is reduced.
